Led by a real coach
Every session is coached by Prabath Kodikara, a retired Army physical fitness instructor, with hands-on guidance from warm-up to form checks.

Full free-weight and machine floor, cardio deck, and a dedicated studio for group classes.

Open daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, plus dedicated morning and evening program slots so training fits around work and family.
